Moments of Self Awareness

These are the moments of personal reflection. This is where we get down to grass roots and take a good honest look at ourselves. It’s not always easy, in fact it’s often difficult.

For many people it’s the fear of coming face to face with their flawed character that holds them back. What if I see something about myself I don’t like?

However for most of us, it’s the opposite. It’s the fear of finding a strength and owning it. What if I find something about myself that is worth celebrating?

But how can we value ourselves if we don’t like our selves? How can we find purpose if we don’t know what our strengths are? And how can we have meaning in our lives if we don’t know what we believe?

In these pages we will ask these questions and more. This is where we will take time to listen to the inner voice, and find out what she or he really wants. It’s where we challenge our long held beliefs, and decide if they still hold a place in our lives.

These are the Moments Self Awareness, the path to finding value and purpose in our lives.
